Roll Call Discussion of administrative matters.
OLD APPLICATIONS:
1. A. Boland – 122 Delaware St.
Resolution of design of small roof over restaurant front door.
Continued from last month’s meeting. Owner was to return with a drawing of new plan.
NEW APPLICATIONS:
1. E. Ryan – 81 W. 5th Street
Remove existing fence, gate and posts. Replace with red cedar wood fence per specs attached. Remove wood steps and railing off rear of house and replace with brick and stone steps leading to existing sliding glass sliding door. Remove 150 sq foot section of driveway, level out with crusher run and reinstall. Add a 65 sq foot section of matching Glen Gary 52DD brick between the current driveway and the fence.
2. D. Davis – 117 Delaware St.
Replace front door shutter.
3. J. Wurtzel – 54 W. 3rd St.
Replace sashes on 3 upstairs windows (2 front and 1 side). Repair/replace cracked cedar siding.
EMERGENCY REPAIRS:
1. S. Suskie -119 E. 3rd Street
Brick pointing/repairs on back of house.
