An outdoor launch party and reading is planned

  • Meet the author and have your book signed when the Kalmar Nyckel visits Historic New Castle on Saturday, June 5 and Sunday, June 6 from 1-2pm at the foot of the public pier. “The Underwater Café” is available for purchase for $20 at these events.

“When the cook of the Kalmar Nyckel unexpectedly quit, the captain surveyed the motley crew in desperation and asked, ‘Who is willing to take up the task?’ In a mistake I will never regret, I raised my hand and began the adventure of my life,” the author shares.
