Arasapha’s annual local artist art raffle is back! All proceeds benefit the gardens of the historic Amstel and Dutch Houses.

Here’s how the raffle works:
1. Visit the Visitor’s Center at the Arsenal, 30 Market Street, New Castle DE, between now and December 8, 2018.
2. View the ceramics, paintings, photographs, and prints by local artists on display, and choose your favorites.
3. Each work of art is numbered, and there is a numbered bag for each work of art.
4. Buy raffle tickets at the Visitor’s Center counter.
5. Write your name and phone number on each ticket, keeping the stub for your records.
6. Place one or more tickets in each bag numbered with the work of art: you want to win.

Ticket prices are:•$5 for 2 tickets •$10 for 5 tickets •$15 for 10 tickets •$20 for 20 tickets

The drawings will be held on December 8, 2018, at 4 p.m. You do not need to be present to win!
