NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

An application has been filed by Rt. 9 Holdings, LLC, 44 Stonewold Way (Owner) and (Applicant) for a property located at, 475 West Seventh Street, New Castle, Delaware, Tax Parcel No. 21-014.00-398, seeking a variance from the City Code as follows: §230-21.1(F) of the Zoning Code to permit an 18” height variance on previously approved development plan to comply with Flood Management building requirements.

For the purpose of considering this application, the Board of Adjustment will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, October 10, 2016 at 6:30 p.m. in Old Town Hall, 2nd Floor, located at 2nd and Delaware Streets, New Castle, Delaware.
