Seventh Street, Dacono, CO 80514, (Applicant) and Jorge Millan Silva (Owner), 2327 Pleasant Valley Road, Newark, DE 19702 for a property located at, 106 Brylgon Avenue, New Castle, Delaware, 19720 Tax Parcel No. 21-004.00-142, zoned Residential – R1 seeking a variance from the required 8 foot minimum side yard setback and the 20 foot aggregate side yard setback requirements in the Schedule of District Regulations of Chapter 230 of the Zoning Code so as to permit construction of a new residence five (5) feet from the easterly side lot line and to provide a fourteen (14) foot aggregate side yard setback.
