An application has been filed by Longo & Associates, LLC (Applicant) and Robert & Ashley Tomczyk (Owners) seeking area variances from the New Castle City Code Schedule of District Regulations for confirmation of existing setbacks at 717 West 13th Street, New Castle, DE 19720, Tax Parcel No. 21-013.00-020 as follows: (1) Existing Front Set Back of 26.4’ & 12.4’ (30 feet required) (2) Existing Side and Rear Yard setbacks of 10.1 & 16.5 (8 feet minimum and 20 feet aggregate Side Yards required; 25 feet Rear Yard required).
For the purpose of considering this application, the Board of Adjustment will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, December 8, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. in Old Town Hall, 2nd Floor, located at 2nd and Delaware Streets, New Castle, Delaware.
