An application has been filed by New Castle United Methodist Church, (Owner), 510 Delaware Street, New Castle, DE 19720 and Krienen-Griffith, Inc./New Castle – Dream Real Estate Holdings, LLC, (Applicant), 34 West Sixth Street New Castle, DE 19720 for a property located at 101 West Sixth Street, New Castle, Delaware, 19720 Tax Parcel No. 21-015.00-041, seeking a Special Exception from the City Zoning Code §230-17 (b)(4) and City Zoning Code §230-57 to permit use as a funeral parlor and casket sales office.
