- Possible Motion, Discussion, and Vote on Resolution 2024-23; A Resolution Approving the Collective Bargaining Agreement Between the City of New Castle and the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge No.1 for the Period of July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2028.
