NEW APPLICATIONS
1. 201 Delaware St – Trustees of New Castle Common – In kind repairs to wood elements of Cupola – matching existing. Replace wood shingle roof with new 7/8” x18”taper sawn cedar shingles. Replace exterior woodwork to match existing.
2. 26 W 4th St – Gerald Smith – Remove metal roof from main house and rear addition to the sheathing. Then install GAF HD Lifetime Timberline Oyster Gray shingled roofing system. Also rear addition gutter will be replaced and new half round gutters and downspouts will be installed in front and rear of the main house.

CONSULTATIONS
1. 36 E. 5th Street – Ken Oppenheimer – Run ideas past commission members.
