The Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on:
Ordinance 548 An Ordinance to Amend the City of New Castle Municipal Code, Chapter 230 (Zoning Code), Schedule of District Regulations, Regarding Minimum Lot Frontage and Wetlands. (Posted 7/5/2024)
The Public Hearing is scheduled for Monday, July 22, 2024 at 6:45 p.m. at the
Community Room New Castle Police Station 1 Municipal Blvd, New Castle, DE 19720. The Public Hearing will be followed by the July Planning Commission meeting at 7:00 p.m. or immediately after the Public Hearing has ended.
