The City Council will hold a Public Hearing on:

 

Ordinance 543 – An Ordinance to Amend Chapter 230, Zoning, as it pertains to marijuana related businesses. (posted 1/29/2024)

 

Ordinance 544 – An Ordinance to Amend Article V Supplementary District Regulations 230-28 Off-Street Parking and Loading Requirements Section (A)(15) in a Downtown Gateway District; Subsection (a) Parking Requirements for specific uses are as follows – [5] Apartments. (posted 1/29/2024)

 

 

The Public Hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, February 13, at 6:45 p.m. at the Senior Center, 400 South St, New Castle, DE 19720.  The Public Hearing will be followed by the February City Council meeting at 7:00 p.m. or immediately after the Public Hearing has ended.
