Donations can be dropped off at the following locations: City Administration Office 220 Delaware St. New Castle, DE New Castle City Police Department 1 Municipal Blvd. New Castle, DE New Castle Court House Museum 211 Delaware St. New Castle, DE Donations can also be brought to City meetings at the Police Department and Senior Center.
